We will focus on achieving goals, increasing personal growth, creating behavioral shifts and reprogramming perspectives. Our focus will be to heal from past trauma, emotional well-being, and overall resilience.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy technique that helps you reprocess painful memories and distressing experiences.
EMDR regulates the nervous system and reshapes brain patterns so that what was previously triggering can be confronted. EMDR can help balance your mood and make you feel much more at peace.

We offer fully online video conference options for sessions to be more accessible and convenient as well as in-person sessions.
The time that your therapy process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Consistency is key in success and a therapist can help you to be more consistent.
Sessions are $225 per hour private pay; I do not currently accept insurance.
